摘要
以含氢聚硅氧烷(PHMS)为反应性助稳定剂,采用一步法和半连续法细乳液聚合制备了固含量为50%苯丙共聚乳液。考察了不同细乳液聚合体系中反应稳定性、单体转化率、共聚乳胶粒子粒径及粒径分布变化、粒子数目变化及乳液稳定性的不同。结果表明,与一步法细乳液聚合相比,半连续细乳液聚合过程中单体转化率增长缓慢,聚合稳定性好;乳胶粒径由156.8 nm增大到215.3 nm;粒径分布指数在0.151~0.254之间,乳胶粒子数目相对稳定;制备高固含量苯丙乳液贮存稳定性、冻融及钙离子稳定性比一步法细乳液聚合体系好。
The styrene-acrylate latexes at above of 45% solid contents were prepared by batch and semicontinuous miniemulsion polymerization with hydrogen-containing polysiloxane(PHMS) as reactive costabilizer.The influences of batch and semicontinuous miniemulsion polymerization on the stability of polymerization,the monomer conversion,the evolution of particles diameter,index of particles size distribution and the number of particles,the stability of latexes were investigated.The results show that compared to batch miniemulsion polymerization,the monomer conversion is increased slowly,the polymerization is stable,the particles diameter is increased from 156.8 nm to 215.3 nm,the particle size distribution is narrower and the index of particles size distribution is between 0.151 and 0.254.The number of particles is almost identical.The storage-stability,the freeze-thaw stability and Ca2+ stability of copolymer latexes prepared by semicontinulous miniemulsion polymerization are better than that of batch miniemulsion.
