乙基纤维素/TiO_2复合膜的制备及气体渗透性能 被引量:1

Preparation and Gas Separation of Ethyl Cellulose/TiO_2 Composite Membranes

摘要 以乙基纤维素(EC)和正钛酸丁酯(TBT)为主要原料,通过溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)法制备了EC/TiO2复合膜。研究了TiO2粒子在复合膜中分布形貌、复合膜的结构变化及对气体渗透和分离性能的影响。结果表明,TiO2质量分数达到25%时,微米级的TiO2粒子均匀分散在复合膜中,复合膜形成有机-无机三维网络结构,测试气体在膜中的渗透行为主要受动力学因素控制,其中H2、O2透气系数分别增大至纯EC膜的1.8倍和1.3倍,H2/N2及O2/N2分离性能略有提高。 Ethyl cellulose(EC) and tetrabutyl titanate(TBT) were chosen as main stuffs to prepare a serial of composite membranes for gas separation by Sol-Gel process. The distribution of TiO2 particles and the structures of the composite membrane were studied to explain the influence on gas permeability and selectivity.The results show that micro particles of TiO2 are well dispersed in EC/TiO2 composite membrane when the TiO2 mass fraction adds up to 25% and organic-inorganic three-dimensional network structure is formed.Gas permeation behavior in the EC/TiO2 composite membranes mainly is controlled by kinetic factors,the composite membrane could keep a moderate increase of H2/N2 and O2/N2 separation property,while the gas permeability of H2 and O2 is improved by 180% and 130%,respectively.
