广州市中心镇建设用地景观格局及其影响因素分析

Landscape Pattern and Its Influencing Factors of Central Towns in Guangzhou

借用景观生态学"景观格局"的概念,运用GIS的空间分析功能,选取中心镇建设用地斑块景观集聚度指数、形状指数和破碎度指数等景观生态学指标,对广州市中心镇的建设用地格局进行定量分析。研究表明,近10年来中心镇的建设用地扩展速度基本呈先下降后上升的趋势,而景观集聚度则基本呈持续下降和先上升而后下降两种态势,景观形状也趋向于复杂化,破碎化程度升高。影响景观格局的要素主要来自于自然条件的制约、城市结构重组、外来投资推动、重大建设项目布局、区域交通牵引等。最后对中心镇的景观优化提出了建议。

This paper uses GIS to analysis the land expansion and landscape pattem changes of the central towns in Guangzhou. The research shows that in recent 10 years, the expansion rate of the construction land in central towns first decreased and then increased. The concentration degree of the landscape in some central towns first increased and then decreased, while in others it continued to decline. The landscape shape tended to complexity, the degree of land fragmentation increased. The formation of landscape of the construction land in central towns is from the following factors： historical and natural conditions, urban restructuring, foreign investment, the layout of major construction projects, regional transportation, etc. Finally, the authors put forward some suggestions on optimizing the landscape pattern of the central towns in Guangzhou.
