相比于现有的法律规定和司法解释,"两高三部"共同出台的《非法证据排除规定》在非法言词证据排除方面做出了重大突破,不仅明确了非法言词证据的内涵和外延,而且设置了具体的操作程序。但我国的非法言词证据排除规则在制度设计上仍存在一定的不合理性,其在司法实践中的适用前景也令人担忧,需要认真分析并力争在以后的法律规定中逐步加以完善。

Compared with the existing laws and judicial interpretations,the exclusionary rule issued by five ministries and commissions has made a great breakthrough.It defines the intension and extension of the illegal verbal evidence,and sets a specific operation procedure.However,there is still some irrationality of the Chinese Exclusive Rules,and the prospect is worrying.Therefore,it＇s necessary to make an in-depth analysis and endeavor to improve it.
