基于Fluent的船舶辅锅炉喷油器喷雾数值仿真

摘要 为提高船舶辅锅炉热效率,减少燃油消耗率,保护燃烧室组件,预防机械故障,利用CFD商业软件Fluent6.2作为仿真求解器,用欧拉-拉格朗日模型对船舶辅锅炉喷油器的喷射雾化进行数值模拟,得到了油滴轨迹及雾滴空间散布情况等雾化特性数据,为船舶燃油锅炉雾化器设计、故障诊断与选用提供参考. Research on atomization characteristic of donkey boiler burner would have important significance for improving thermal efficiency,reducing oil consumption rate,protecting combustion space parts and preventing mechanical fault.In this paper,with the help of the CFD software-Fluent 6.2 solver,the Eulerian-Lagrangian models of CFD method were applied to simulate numerically injection and atomization of donkey boiler spray nozzle.Many data concerning atomization characteristics were obtained.These data could provide references for design,fault diagnosis and choice of donkey boiler spray nozzle.
