摘要 以一台4 t/h燃煤锅炉烟气的旋风分离器为对象,采用R-k-ε湍流模型,利用Fluent软件对Stairmand HE型分离器内部流场进行三维数值仿真分析,并采用离散相模型对固体颗粒进行追踪,研究旋风分离器筒体结构及运行参数对其分离效率、运行压降和磨损的影响,获得了同时具有较高分离效率、较低运行压降、较少磨损的入口下倾分离器筒体结构参数. The unsteady characteristic of gas-solid flow in a Stairmand HE type cyclone separator were numerically studied by using the FLUENT software combined with the CAE method.In simulation,the R-K-ε model was adopted to calculate the gas flow,the Discrete Phase Model(DPM)was adopted to calculate the particle flow,the effects of the cyclone's structure and its operational parameters on dust separation efficiency,press-drop,and abrasion was also analyzed,and a new cyclone structure which had such performance characters as a relatively high separation efficiency,low running press-drop as well as light abrasion for a 4t/h coal boiler was obtained.
