摘要
采用文献资料法、调查访谈法、教学实验等方法,对高校健美操专业课中体态语的运用进行研究分析。在阐述体态语的内容及分类的基础上,通过对高校健美操专业课中体态语的运用对学生学习动作所产生的情绪体验、自我评价及对课程的认可程度进行调查和数据的对比分析,全面仔细地研究健美操专业课中教师体态语的运用情况以及对学生学习健美操的影响,旨在丰富健美操教学理论,提高教学质量,促进健美操学科的发展。调查结果表明:体态语在高校健美操专业课中的运用有利于学生产生良好的情绪体验,主动参与到学习中,提高学生学习动作的能力,促进学生身心各方面的发展。
By using literature material method,investigation interview method,experimental teaching methods,the author studied and analyzed the body language of calisthenics;on the basis of stating the content and classification of body language,the author made investigation and comparative analysis on the emotional experience,self evaluation and approval degree of the student's learning action generated by using of body language of calisthenics,made a comprehensive and careful research on the application situation of teachers' body language in aerobics course and the influence to the students learning aerobics,which aimed at coloring calisthenics teaching theory,improving the teaching effect,promoting the development of the aerobics discipline.The results showed that: the using of body language in aerobics course is favorable to produce good emotional experience for students,take part in the studying actively,improve students' ability of learning actions,promoting the development of the students' physical and psychological aspects.All these fully display the importance of the body language in aerobics teaching.
