甘肃某石英脉型难选金矿石选矿试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 甘肃某金矿为含金石英脉型硫化矿石,金的嵌布粗细不均匀分布,70%以上集中在粗粒级中,而细粒级金则主要被黄铁矿和脉石矿物包裹,难以解离,导致尾矿中金品位难以降低,该矿石属于较难选矿石。试验研究初步对该矿石采用"重选+浮选"的工艺流程,选别效果不好;而采用把矿石磨细再经过一粗三扫的单一浮选工艺流程,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占95%的条件下,使用复合捕收剂YF-100,可以获得精矿品位为w(Au)=109.8×10-6,回收率为97.24%的较好指标。 A gold deposit in Gansu province is composed of auriferous sulfide ore in quartz vein. More than 70% gold is in coarse grain. In the fine grain gold occurs mainly as inclusion in pyrite and gangue minerals and is difficult to separate so higher gold grade is for the dailling. Gravity+floatation technique is not proper with poor recovery then finely grinding (-0. 074 mm grain size 95%) and one roughing + three scavenging technique and collector of YF-100 are tested with good good results. Au grade of the concentrate is 109.8×10-6 and recovery 97.24%.
