摘要
以应用于煤矿机械传动机构的斜齿轮为研究对象,针对主动轮处于齿顶啮合位置时的轮齿,通过建立摩擦力作用下轮齿的力学模型,给出了考虑摩擦力的主动轮齿根弯曲疲劳强度的计算方法,并进行了实例计算。结论认为:斜齿轮齿面摩擦力对传动中的轮齿齿根弯曲应力的影响不能忽略,且齿数越小、螺旋角越小摩擦力的影响越明显。论文计算方法合理,可为相关计算提供依据。
The helical gear of mechanical driving used in mine machinery was studied.For the geartooth when the driving gear in addendum engaging position,its mechanical model under friction was established.The study also determined the calculation method for bending fatigue strength of driving gear root and used it into some examples.The results showed that the bending stress under friction should not be ignored;the fewer tooth number and the smaller helix angle,the more obvious friction effect.The method is reasonable to provide evidence for relative calculations.
