摘要
在食品工业,双水相萃取技术与传统萃取相比具有很多优势。该文介绍双水相萃取技术及其原理、特点,综述双水相萃取技术在食品工业中应用,并展望其应用前景。
Compared with conventional technology,aqueous two-phase extraction has many advantages in food industry.In this paper,the principle and characteristics of aqueous two-phase extraction technology and its application in food have been reviewed.In the end,the foreground was prospected.
