摘要 固态硬盘主要由flash memory闪存单元和各控制单元组成,由于没有机械硬盘的旋转介质等机械结构,不需要大量的寻道时间,因而在小体积,快存取,抗震摔,高可靠性和轻质量等方面有着极其优越的性能。本设计通过分析固态硬盘的组织结构以及各模块的设计思路,提出一种高性能固态硬盘的设计方法。 Solid State Disk(SSD)is a data storage device that uses FLASH memory and control unit,Unlike the traditional hard disks using high speed spinning disks as storage media,SSD does not need a lot seeking time thus it obtains many attractive features such as small size,fast access speed,shock resistance,high reliability and light weight.This paper analyzes the structure of SSD and design of SSD based on SATA interface.
