依托实验教学中心 充分发挥班主任作用

Research on Cultivation of the Creative Quality of College Students by Laboratory Demonstration Center and the Function of College Advisor in Student Managing

大学生创新能力的培养已成为高校育人工程的核心内容之一,也是近几年实验教学中心教学改革的热点。大学生班主任(辅导员)在服务育人这方面有着得天独厚的师资条件与校内管理资源,如果能充分发挥他们在大学生创新能力培养方面的作用,将会为大学生创新能力培养提供更好的帮助。主要结合在校实践,研究了班主任与实验教学中心共同培养大学生创新能力的工作思路与办法,探讨了班主任(辅导员)在培养大学生科学素质和创新能力的过程用,对于提升我国高校现行体制下的创新人才培养质量具有很重要的实践参考价值。

The cultivation of college students＇ innovation ability has become one of the core contents of the educational work in colleges and universities, and also the hotspot in the education innovation of experimental teaching center in recent years. A teacher in charge of a class has favorable conditions ： faculty condition and school management resource. It is in favor of the cultivation of college students＇ innovation ability if fully exploiting in the role in the cultivation of college student＇s creativity. This paper, combined with the practice in school, has a talk on the working ideas and methods for the cultivation of college students＇ ＂innovation ability by class adviser＇ s work and laboratory demonstration center. This article also discussed how the class advisers contribute more in enforcing the education of scientific quality and innovation ability among college students . It has important practical reference value in promoting the cultivation quality of creative talented persons under the current system of domestic colleges and universities.
