中央与地方共建高校实验室项目实施的思考

A Consideration on Implementing the Laboratory Project Built by Joint Efforts of Central and Local Authorities

中央财政在实施共建高校基础实验室建设项目的基础上,从2007年开始又进一步实施共建高校特色优势学科实验室建设项目。通过项目实施情况的调研发现,高等学校实验室项目经过几年的建设,其办学质量、办学效益及办学特色明显提升,但也存在一些问题,需要进一步改进和完善,以充分发挥该项目的效益。

On the basis of the implementation of the universities laboratory project built by central and local authorities, the central government has set up another laboratory project on the further construction of major characteristics as well as advantages in 2007. According to the investigation, the project implemented in the institutions of higher education has contributed significantly to the quality, the efficiency and the unique features of them in a few years. However, there are still some problems to be improved and modified for the purpose of a full return on this project.
