As Higher Education developing rapidly,many higher vocational colleges ＂ taking the employment as the guidance,service as their purpose,the needs of society as their goal,technical ability training as their main line＂ develop new profession that in line with market demand.In this process,vocational colleges should pay special attention to professional construction to improve the quality of talent cultivation,and make it to be of moral perspective and have its characteristics.
