摘要
采用高温氯化工艺对新疆某提金渣进行提取金、银等有价元素的研究。结果表明:在干式混料,粉状焙烧,氯化挥发温度1 000℃,氯化时间30 min,CaCl2用量5%的条件下,金、银挥发率分别为95.19%和59.26%。
Study on extraction of gold and silver from gold-extraction residue with the process of high temperature chloridization was conducted.The results indicate that the volatilization rate of gold and silver is 95.19% and 59.26%,respectively,under the conditions including adopt dry type mixing and powdered roasting,chloridization volatilization temperature of 1 000 ℃,chloridization time of 30 min,and the consumption of CaCl2 of 5%.
