针对马钢热电总厂机组高压加热器钢管发生漏管现象,从高压加热器的内部结构、运行维护方面进行分析。通过设备优化,改善运行及检修工艺等一系列防范措施,以有效保证高加设备健康水平。

In the light of high pressure heater steel pipe leakage of the Heat Power Plant of Maanshan Iron Steel Co.,Ltd,the internal structure,operation and maintenance of the high pressure heater are analyzed.A series of prevention and control measures are used,for example,optimization of equipment,improvement of operation and maintenance process.These have guaranteed effectively stable operation of the high pressure heater.
