Application of Multifunction Verifier in Speed Control of Gas Turbine Generator Set

燃气轮发电机组转速控制十分关键,特别是发电机转速在机组的各运行阶段均有联锁、保护和调节的作用,一旦发电机转速传感器出现故障,将导致机组不能正常开机。为避免停产造成的经济损失,使用具有频率输出功能的校验仪器代替发电机转速信号,使用后效果明显,完全可满足工艺要求。

Speed control of gas turbine generator set was critical.The generator speed had the effects of interlock,protection and regulation in running stages of the set.Once faults occurred in the generator speed sensor,the set would not start up normally.To avoid economic loss owing to shutdown,the generator speed signal was replaced by the verifier with frequency output function.The verifier had obvious effects in practice and could meet the need of process.
