我院2008-2010年皮肤科用药分析

Analysis of drugs used in cal department of our hospital from 2008 to 2010

目的调查我院皮肤科的用药现状及发展趋势，促进合理用药。方法对我院2008--2010年皮肤科使用药物情况进行统计、分析。结果我院皮肤科用药金额呈逐年上升的趋势；抗变态反应药、抗菌药、免疫调节剂、中成药及激素类药物一直居于皮肤科用药各年度销售金额的前5名，尤其是中成药的销售金额逐年上升的幅度较大。结论由于皮肤科的许多疾病病因复杂，单一的药物往往不能奏效，而由多味中药组成的中成药却能“多管齐下”，因此越来越受到皮肤科医生及患者的重视，有广阔的发展前景。

Objective To survey the current situation and development trends of medicine in our dermatological department and to promote the rational administration of drugs. Methods The medicine used in the dermatological department from 2008 to 2010 was statistical investigated and analyzed. Results Expense of medicine in the dermatological department rised every year. Allergy relief medicine, antibiotic, immunomodulator, traditional medical herb and corticosteroids ranked the top 5 drugs of annual expense and traditional medical herb rised obviously. Conciusion Because of the complication of dermal diseases, single sort of drug frequently can not be valid. However, Chinese patent drug, the combine of multiple traditional medical herb, may work in most of cases. Therefore it , revealing a bright future , has gained much more attention.
