摘要
拉曼散射不仅可以表征分子的微观形态和结构,同时与材料的宏观物理量(如温度和应力)有关。综述了拉曼散射随温度变化的机理,讨论了将拉曼光谱应用于温度测量的方法以及适用范围。介绍了利用拉曼散射进行传热测量与分析的应用:微尺度近场温度测量、纳米材料的热物性测量和传热分析以及在时间域内的温度测量等。
Raman scattering can be used not only to characterize the micro features and structures of materials,but also to monitor the stress and temperature of materials.In this paper,the mechanism of temperature dependence of Raman spectroscopy is reviewed and three approaches in Raman thermometry and their applications are dicussed.Four major applications of Raman thermometry are reviewed including sub-10 nm temperature measurement in laser assisted near-field heating,thermal conductivity measurement of graphene,development of steady-state electro-Raman-thermal technique to measure thermal conductivity of one-dimensional micro/nanomaterials,and time-resolved temperature measurement.
