摘要
采用正交设计法获得了3%硝酸溶液中锌复合缓蚀剂中各单组分缓蚀剂的最佳比例,利用电化学交流阻抗法测定了电阻、电容及表面覆盖度等重要参数.通过DFT-B3LYP/3-21g高斯软件计算相关的量子化学参数,并解释分析其与缓蚀效率的关系及各组分的作用机理.
In order to study the composite inhibitor for the zinc in nitric acid,the several monocomponent inhibitor was studied to obtain the optimum ratio by orthogonal design method.Some data(the film′s resistance,the film′s capacitance and the film′s surface coverage)were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscope method.Quantum chemical paramenters explained relation between data and effect of corrosion inhibition and reaction mechanism via DFT-B3LYP/3-21g calculation of Gaussian 2003.
