Aiming at the new issues in the organic chemistry teaching in college now, the construction of the new modes in the teaching of organic chemistry was probed from the following aspects, constructing the episteme system of organic chemistry, imparting the learning method, cultivating theinteresting organic chemistry, optimizing the teaching content, reinforcing exercise training, introducting green chemistry concept and so on.
