摘要
采用曲轴的三维实体作为模型,导入到三维有限元分析软件ANSYS,确定了边界载荷,对4种曲柄转角下(10°、190°、370°、550°)曲轴轴颈处的应变与应力情况进行了分析。该方法具有相对高的精确度,而且可以比较直观地反映出曲轴各个部位的应力大小以及受力后的变形情况。所得结果可为发动机曲轴的强度和刚度优化设计提供参考。
This article uses the crankshaft's three-dimensional entity as the model, and then it iraports it into 3D finite element analysis software-ANSYS, and confirms the boundary load. Then it analyzed the strain and stress under four crank corner crankshaft journals( 10°, 190°, 370°, 550°). This method has a high precision that can reflect intuitive parts of crankshaft' s stress and strain' s situation by forced. Essays' method of analysis has a strong practical application value for engine crankshaft optimization design and an important reference and guidance significance in the strength and stiffness design.
