摘要
对马达外壳拉深件的成型工艺进行分析,提出了可行的冲压工艺方案。利用Dy-naform软件对冲压过程进行拉深成型模拟,通过分析成形极限图、厚薄图,预测拉深过程中的起皱、裂纹、减薄等问题。根据模拟分析数据进行模具结构设计,检验装配干涉情况,从而在设计阶段将失误降至最低。
Through analysis of the forming process of the box-shaped drawing parts of the Motor shell, the feasible stamping process plans are proposed and the stamping process was simulated by using CAE software Dynaform. The study on the forming limit diagram and thinning diagram helps predic- ting the cracking, wrinkling , thinning and other problems in the forming process . The die structure was developed based on the above analytical data and the assembly interference was examined. The application makes the design misstakes dropped to a minimum level.
