介绍了"信息系统三大能力"提法的来源,阐述了该"三大能力",即记忆/信息存储能力、思维/信息处理能力、交流/信息通信能力,以及它们之间的关系。指出了"三大能力"模型对于更好地理解当今信息系统的作用,以及信息系统的分析和研发具有重要意义,并给出了实例进行说明。

This paper introduces the background of ＂three capabilities of an information system＇ scribes systematically this ＇ three capabilities＇ and the relations among them, i.e. , memory / ,deinfermation storage, thinking / information processing, and communication. We point out that the ＇ three capability＇ model is important for better understanding information systems nowadays, and convenient for analysis and development of information systems as well. We give some examples to explain this model.
