摘要
本钢新1号4747m3高炉通过移盖机改造,把移盖机提升油缸与平衡阀分离,由原来的一阀配一缸改为一阀配多缸,每年可降低油缸、平衡阀、高压耐热胶管采购费用120余万元。通过开铁口机钻杆雾化水系统技术的研发应用,炉前钻杆消耗Ak27根/d降低到21根/d,钻头消耗量从5.2个/炉降低到2.2个/炉,打铁口时间由原来的平均20rain降低到10min,并减轻了操作人员的劳动强度。
Bensi Steel Company carried out the improvement of the cover removing machine for the new 4747m3 blast furnace 1#. The lifting cylinder of cover removing machine is separated from the balance valve, from the mode of one valve for one cylinder to the mode of one valve for multi cylinders, thereby reducing the procurement costs of cylinder, balance valve, high temperature and high pressure hose by more than 1.2 million yuan. The technology of the atomized water system has been developed and used for taphole drilling rod, as the result the drilling rod consumption is decreased from 27 pcs to 21pcs per day, the drill bit consumption is decreased from 5.2 pcs to 22 pcs per furnace, and the taphole drilling time is shortened from 20min to 10min in average, and the intensity of labor is decreased.
