针对高炉上料系统中增量型编码器的缺陷，将其更换为绝对值型编码器，使料车位置控制精确性提高，故障率降低，收到了良好的效果。
The incremental encoder in the charging system for blast furnace, due to its defects, has been replaced with the absolute encoder which has very good performance, not only increasing the accuracy of charging skip car position control and reduce the failure rate.
