摘要
根据鞍钢燃气厂新1号高炉煤气洗涤系统存在的问题，对环缝装置的制造材料进行了分析，找出了失效的原因。在尊重原设计的基础之上，在关键部位喷涂耐磨涂层以延长设备使用寿命，并研究了国产化方案。
It discussed the existing problems of the gas scrubber for the new blast furnace 1# in the Fuel Gas Factory of Ansteel Group and analyzes the materials of the annular gap device and the causes of failure. On the basis of the original design, the abrasion-resistant coating is applied on the key locations to prolong the service life. Also it discusses its local manufacture.
