通过对原精炼炉滤波装置运行局限性的分析，提出了利用动态无功补偿装置进行改造的方案，并进行了系统设计和论证。
By analyzing the operation limitation of the existing electric power filter for ladle furnace, an improvement solution has been put forward that the dynamic reactive compensation device is installed, and the system design is discussed herein.
