摘要
目的探讨采用括约肌松解、中药内服相结合治疗肛裂的临床疗效及不良反应。方法回顾分析采用括约肌松解、中药内服和指导病人防治相结合方案综合治疗肛裂212例,并观察其临床疗效和不良反应的发生情况。结果痊愈212例,治愈率100%,未见明显不良反应及并发症;201例得到2～5年随访,未见复发。结论采用括约肌松解、中药内服和指导病人防治相结合综合治疗肛裂系标本兼治,治愈后肛门功能正常,皱纹均匀无缺损、关闭完全,无肛门潮湿,远期临床疗效优良,具有科学性、实用性,值得临床推广。
Objective To improve clinical effect on anal fissure. Methods Retrospective study was performed on 212 cases of anal fissure.all cases were treated by internal anal sphincterotomy combined with Chinese medicine.Results All patients discharged and no complications and recurrence was found followed by 2-5 years.Conclusion The internal anal sphincterotomy combined with Chinese medicine could be performed widely because of normal anal function and no serious complication after operation.
