颅脑外伤后眩晕的综合治疗探讨

Effect evaluation of comprehensive treatment to vertigo after traumatic brain injury

目的探讨颅脑外伤后眩晕的综合治疗效果。方法对颅脑外伤后未行开颅手术出现眩晕症状的286例患者,综合应用西药、中医药、高压氧及适应性训练等方法治疗;另取同期用地芬尼多片单药治疗的107例患者作为对照组,并对治疗效果进行评价。结果在住院期间综合治疗组治愈231例(80.8%),显效49例(17.1%),无明显改善6例(2.1%);对照组治愈63例(58.9%),显效35例(32.7%),无明显改善9例(8.4%),两组疗效比较有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。结论采用多种方法综合治疗颅脑外伤后眩晕等症状,疗效好,增加了患者自信心,提高了生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the effects of comprehensive treatment to vertigo after traumatic brain injury.Methods 286 non-operated patients with the symptoms of vertigo after traumatic brain injury were treated by west medicine,Chinese medicine,the hyperbaric oxygen and the adaptable training.Other 107 cases with the same symptom were treated by only single medicine defenedol as the control.The effect was observed.Results During the periods of treatment,in comprehensive treatment group,231 cases were cured（80.8%）,49 cases were improved significantly（17.1%）,and 6 cases were invalid（2.1%）.Meanwhile,in control group,63 cases were cured（58.9%）, 35 cases were improved significantly（32.7%）,and 9 cases were invalid（8.4%）. There were significantly difference between the two groups in effects（P0.01）.Conclusion Comprehensive using multiple methods to treat the vertigo has a high cure rate,and can improve the self-confidence and the quality of life to the patient.
