摘要
目的调查对比普外科开展"优质护理服务示范工程"前后的满意度。方法采用自行设计的问卷式调查表,征询试点前后共196例病人的满意度,主要针对护理人员服务态度、技术操作、基础护理、健康教育等方面。结果试点前后服务态度、技术操作对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);基础护理、健康教育对比,差异亦有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论开展"优质护理服务示范工程",夯实基础护理,深化了"以病人为中心"的服务宗旨,提高病人对护理工作的满意度,增进了医患和谐,最终达到让病人满意、政府满意、社会满意。
Objective To analyze the degree of satisfaction of "high-quality care demonstration project".Methods 196 patients were surveyed with questionnaire including the attitude,technical operations,basic nursing and health education.Results The service,technical operations,basic care and health education before and after "high-quality care demonstration project" were different(P 0.01).Conclusion It is important to carry out "high-quality care demonstration project," reinforce the foundation care,to deepen the "patient-centered" principle of service,improve patient for the nurse to job satisfaction,improve doctor-patient harmony.
