重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子在创面修复中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rhGM-CSF)是近些年开发应用于创面治疗的生长因子,国内外一些学者发现外用重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子具有明确的促进创面愈合、促进血管生成、促进免疫应答、抗感染的作用,它能明显缩短创面愈合时间、对组织损伤小,因此在临床上具有良好的应用前景。
