摘要
高桩承台塔吊是重要的施工机械.它的基础承台格构柱受力状态很复杂,其设计是否合理也值得关注.经检索,这方面相关研究的报道很少.本文以基础承台格构柱为研究对象,首次提出一种方法:即对基础承台格构柱的静载受力状况采用有限元SAP2000分析,对它处于活载受力状况采用应变仪检测,然后综合这两部分的分析给出高桩承台格构柱的整体受力状态.所得结果表明,提出的方法是可行的,所研究的某高桩承台塔吊基础格构柱设计是偏于保守的.还提出在满足设计要求条件下,如何减少格构柱钢管内混凝土的重量,减轻结构自重.为今后高桩承台塔吊的设计优化与成本优化提供量化的指导.
The stability of tower crane is an important issue.However,its stability analysis is complicated,and few studies have been seen in public literature.This article presents a method that consists of two parts.The first part deals with static analysis and the tool is FEM.The second part is to attach strain gauges on laces columns in crane and to measure dynamic responses.The results show that the crane analyzed in the case study given here is stable,and the method presented here is valid which may provide a tool to evaluate the tower crane stability in future.
