The Influence of Social Capital on the Intergenerational Succession of Chinese Family Business

在家族企业代际传承中,社会资本有着重要的影响作用,它不仅影响着传承的选择,还影响着传承的结果。社会资本的丰富程度决定了传承选择的难度,影响着经营权传承模式的选择。不同层次的社会资本对传承结果的影响机制不同,其中,退位者个人社会资本对传承结果的影响方向是不确定的。为了促进家族企业的顺利传承,应该促进普遍信任体系建设,提高社会层次社会资本水平;强化企业组织社会资本,弱化个人社会资本;并要做好家族企业社会资本的传承。

Social capital has great influence on the intergenerational succession of family business in both the succession choices and the results of succession. The richness of social capital determines the difficulty of succession choices in that it influences the succession model choices of managerial rights. Different levels of social capital have different influential mechanisms on succession results, among which personal social capital of the abdicant has uncertain influence on succession results. For successful succession of family business, it is a must to build a general trust system and improve the level .of social-level social capital; strengthen the social capital of business organizations, and weaken personal social capital; and pay attention to the social capital succession of family business.
