基于改进的相似度判别的气象传真图底图去除方法

A Modified Method for Removing the Base Map of Meteorological Facsimile Chart Based on Similarity Judgment

在对气象传真图像进行矢量化识别之前,为了消除底图的影响,需要将底图从图像中去除,本文在研究以往底图去除算法的基础上,提出了一种改进的相似度判别的底图去除方法。该方法从细化后的接收图像中提取出各条分离的曲线,将曲线分别拿到标准的底图数据中相对应位置进行相似度判别运算,当遍历完接收图像中所有曲线后,即完成对整幅图像的判别。整个过程相当于只对整幅标准底图遍历一遍,所有曲线也仅参与运算一次即可得到判别。该方法在准确识别底图的基础上,使得运算的数据量大大减小,改善了原有方法运算量大且算法复杂的缺点。

The base map should be removed from meteorological facsimile chart before vectorization and identification in order to eliminate the influences to effective information. A modified method has been proposed in this paper for removing the base map based on similarity judgment： Extract each curve form the image which had already operated by thinning algorithm and run the similarity judgment operation in the relevant position of standard base map data. When all curve of the image have been processed, the discriminate of whole image is finished. It is equivalent to operate the standard base map once in the whole process and all curve can be identified which operated only one time in the processing. The method in accurately identify of the image. The volume of operation data greatly decreased and it improved the shortcomings of original method which is large quantity and complex.
