摘要
在现有文献的基础上叙述了供应链合作伙伴关系的形成机理,阐述了供应链合作伙伴关系的涵义,提出科学合理的合作伙伴关系应是一种定制化的关系,最后分析了合作伙伴关系的分类。
With the increasing competition,markets changing and customer expectations,the supply chain partnerships provided sustainable competitive advantages to enterprises.Following the literature review,this article described how to establish partnerships.A reasonable partnership should be regarded as a tailored relationship.Finally a clear classification was provided for developing appropriate relationships among enterprises.
