摘要
贫困大学生就业情况应该引起社会各界更多的关注。分析当前影响贫困大学生就业的几个因素,并就从根本上提升贫困大学生的就业能力提出四点举措:一是不局限于说教,拓展心理辅导形式;二是树立典型,营造良好舆论氛围;三是自主自导,打造贫困生独有的文化团队;四是优化就业指导,引导调适择业心态。
The employment problem of university graduates is one of the hot spots in our society.As for poor students,a special part of this group,their job-getting problem should pay more and more attention.In order to solve the employment problem of poor students,this article pointed out the importance of concerning this kind of problem,analyzed some factors that affect the employment of poor students.At the same time,it put forward four measures which aim at improving the ability of destitute students fundamentally.Firstly,the teachers shouldn't restrict to sermonize but focus on psychological consultation.Secondly,it sets up some typical fine examples and creates a better atmosphere.Thirdly,it makes own team culture of poor students independently.Fourthly,it should optimize the teachers' instruction of employment,and helps students form a good attitude towards choosing a job.
