目的探讨输卵管吻合术的有效护理方法。方法积极做好输卵管吻合术患者术前、术中、术后的常规护理及心理护理。结果 41例输卵管复通率为100%,其中38例已获得妊娠,复孕率为90.24%.结论精细的显微外科技术操作与缜密的护理技术相结合,是手术成功率较高的重要因素,其护理的积极作用功不可没。心理护理是一种运用医学心理学理论知识促进疾病痊愈的护理手段,它是现代医学模式的重要组成部分,也是影响疗效的重要因素。

Objective To explore the effective nursing methods of fallopian tube anastomosis.Methods Completed the preoperative and perioperative and postoperative nursing and psychological care routine.Results 41 cases of fallopian tube sterilization rate reach 100%,including 38 cases has gained pregnancy and superfetation rate was 90.24%.Conclusion Fine microsurgical technique operation and meticulous nursing technology is an important factor of success.Psychological nursing is usage of medical psychology theory knowledge to promote nursing means of illness.It is the modern medical mode and an important part of the important factors affect curative effect.
