消化科住院患者跌倒的原因分析与护理对策

Causal analysis and nursing countermeasures of stumble digestive department hospitalized patients

目的分析消化科住院患者发生跌倒的相关因素,制订针对性防止跌倒的措施,保证患者安全,实现患者安全目标。方法回顾性分析我院消化科2002年—2009年间出现的8起患者跌倒事件,采取相应的护理措施。结果消化科患者发生跌倒与时间、病种、年龄、地点有关。结论在消化科最容易发生坠床与跌倒的是青壮年患者,消化道出血患者占绝大多数,容易在夜间厕所内发生跌倒。故对这类患者在特定的时间和地点要给予特别的关注和指导,以减少患者跌倒的发生。

Objective To research the correlation factors of stumble in digestive department hospitalized patients,formulate the pertinence prevention measures,ensure patients safety and realize patients security objectives.Methods Retrospectively analyzed eight patients in digestive department fall event which happened during the 2002 to 2009 and analyzed the reasons.Results Stumble happened in digestive department patients was relevant with time,disease,age and place.Conclusion Stumble and sank bed often occur in young patients and gastrointestinal bleeding patients in digestive department.And it often happen in restroom in the night,so in particular time and place give special attention and guidance to these kinds of patients,in order to reduce the occurrence of patients fall.
