摘要 电力光纤传输网络在智能电网中扮演着极其重要的角色,提高电力通信网的可靠性是国家电网公司对电力通信网提出的一贯要求。文章分析了电力光纤传输网可靠性评估模型的建立方法,指出了在不同网络结构下光纤传输网可靠性评估计算的方法。通过对某电力公司光纤传输网络可靠性的评估,分析了影响该网络可靠性参数的主要因素,评估结果可用于指导通信网的规划、建设、运行、管理和维护,对提高电力通信网的可靠性管理水平有一定的理论指导意义。 Power optical fiber transmission network plays an important role in smart grid. Improving the reliability of the electric power communication network is the permanent requirements proposed by the state grid corporation. This paper analyzed the methods of setting up reliability evaluation model for power optical fiber transmission network. It also pro- vided the reliability evaluation methods for different network structures. Moreover, it analyzed the main factor impacting on the network reliability parameters by evaluating the network reliability of a power company. The evaluation results can be used to guide network planning, construction, operation, management and maintenance, which has a theoretical signifi- cance on improving the reliability management level to a certain extent.
