2010年度新兵结核感染状况调查与分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:调查了解2010年度新兵结核感染状况。方法:对2010年度某部新兵7137例进行结核菌素(PPD)试验,计算PPD阳性率、结核自然感染率。结果:本次共查出PPD阳性3958例,总阳性率为55.5%,其中PPD强阳性243例,强阳性率3.4%。有接种瘢痕人群PPD阳性率非常显著高于无接种瘢痕人群(P<0.01)。江西、山东和江苏新兵PPD阳性率居前3位,江西、河北和山东居新兵PPD强阳性率前3位,江西、湖北和湖南新兵结核自然感染率居前3位。城乡新兵结核自然感染率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:新兵PPD强阳性率及阴性率较高,应加强军队结核病防控工作。
