全面提高群众文化辅导的思考

Comprehensively improve the masses culture thinking

随着我国经济的快速发展，人们物质生活的不断提高，地方基层群众对精神生活越发重视和需要，在今天，随着以人为本理念不断深入人心，以人为本日渐成为社会共识。运用人本思维去开展各项工作已经成为一种时代要求。本文笔者提出了以人本思维为指导，全面提高群众文化辅导的思路，和同仁共商榷。

With China＇s rapid economic development, people constantly improve the material life, the local people for the spiritual life need more attention and, today, with the people--oriented philosophy continued to win support among the people, people--orien- ted become social consensus. Apply this thought to carry out the work has become a requirement of the times. In this paper, the author puts forward to the people of this thinking as a guide, and comprehensively improve the masses culture thoughts, and my col leagues.
