攀钢喷吹法铁水预脱硫数学模型的研究

摘要 喷吹法是近年来广泛使用的铁水预脱硫方式,针对攀钢喷吹法铁水预脱硫工艺过程,建立了基于神经网络的脱硫剂加入量预报模型,利用攀钢铁水预脱硫的现场生产数据对模型进行了训练和仿真测试,并在炼钢厂进行了模型的现场应用试验。试验结果表明:应用预报模型进行脱硫生产的试验炉次,脱硫后铁水中硫含量可以满足实际生产过程对终点硫的要求,模型可以用于指导生产实践。 Injection desulfurization is widely used in hot metal pretreatment, based on the injection desulfurization process in China Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co. , the desulfurizer addition prediction model based on neural network was established. Then the data of hot metal pre-desulfurization in production filed were used to train and test. Then the predicted model was applied in productive process. The results showed that, end - point sulfur content of trial furnaces for hot metal pretreatment process, had satisfiable to require of actual production process. The model had access to guide practical production.
