摘要
经过近一个月时间紧张的现场调试,CISDI板坯连铸轻压下成套技术已成功地在八钢第二炼钢厂三号板坯连铸机上投入了工业化应用,整个系统算法理念先进、平台构建合理、控制功能完善、运行稳定可靠,引入了全新的辊缝标定方法,具有良好的辊缝控制精度和合理的油缸压力反馈,通过对多个钢种铸坯试样的低倍检测对比分析表明,实施动态轻压下功能后,铸坯内部质量得以明显改善,中心偏析评级大幅提升,取得了显著的冶金效果。
Through the one-month intense industrial test, the CISDI packaged soft-reduction technology of slab continuous casting has been put into practice to the No. 3 slab caster of the No. 2 steelmaking plant in BaGang steel. The whole system has many advantages, such as the advanced algorithm & idea, the reasonable platform structure and the improved control function, which has been running stably and reliably. During the test process, a new calibrating method of roll gap has been adopted, which resulted in the perfect precision of gap control and the rational pressure feedback of hydraulic cylinder. By comparison of the macrographs of slab samples for the various steel grades, definitely, it can be concluded that, the application of the dynamic soft-reduction function will improve the internal quality of slab obviously, which has notable metallurgical effects on the center segregation defect of slab.
