摘要
以184名大学生为实验对象,采用拓展训练教学进行16周的实验处理,检验拓展训练教学对大学生心理健康和班级凝聚力的促进效应。结果显示,拓展训练可以有效促进大学生的心理健康水平和班级凝聚力,在影响效应上存在显著性别差异,对女生的影响效应显著高于男生。因此,拓展训练教学是一种可以有效促进大学生心理健康和班级凝聚力的手段。
In order to examine the promotion of outward bound teaching for college students' mental health and cohesion of class,184 college students(male=106,female=78) participated in a 16 weeks' experimental study.The results suggested that the outward bound teaching had positive promotion on college students' mental health and cohesion of class,and there were also significant gender differences.It could be seen that the outward bound teaching was an effective way to promote college students' mental health and cohesion of class.
