摘要 多播技术从一个数据源向多个目标用户设备传送数据,实现网络资源的共享,提高网络资源(尤其是空中接口资源)的利用率。增强多播技术是IMT-Advanced的重要组成部分,3GPPLTE-Advanced是国际电信联盟无线通信部门(ITU-R)确认可以满足IMT-Advanced需求的4G技术。多媒体广播多播业务(MBMS)是3GPPLTE/LTE-A的一个重要特性,文章对长期演进LTE/LTE-AMBMS在3GPP标准中的关键技术及进展情况进行分析后,给出了相应问题的解决方案。 Multicast technology can be used to simultaneously transfer data from one source to many targets. This enables network resource sharing and improves efficiency in the air interface. In this paper, enhanced multicast technology is proposed as the key component of IMT-Advanced. The ITU-R has confirmed that, as a 4G technology, LTE-A can meet the requirements of IMT-Advanced. Key technologies and progress of LTE/LTE-A MBMS in 3GPP are also discussed and some corresponding solutions are proposed.
