摘要
通过对压力容器常用的3项碳素钢和低合金钢无缝钢管标准的对比,对质检特函[2010]86号文有关碳素钢和低合金钢无缝钢管的技术措施提出了自己的看法。
With the comparison of three standards for carbon and low alloy steel pipes used in pressure vessel, the opinions of the author on the clauses in the document AQSIQ [2010] No. 86 were presented.
