On Fabrication Process and Applied Equipment for Closures

封头是石油化工、原子能、食品、制药等诸多行业压力容器设备中不可缺少的重要部件,是压力容器上的端盖,是压力容器的一个主要承压部件。封头的品质直接关系到压力容器的长期安全可靠运行。文章主要以锅炉封头为例,浅谈了封头的加工设备及加工工艺过程。

Closure is one important pressure bearing component in pressure equipment. The quality of closure is directly related to the safety and reliability of pressure vessel in long term performance. In this article, exampled with a closure in boiler, the fabrication process and the applied equipment for closure were briefly described.
