摘要
在利用ANSYS有限元软件对U形管最低固有频率进行数值计算的基础上,对影响频率常数的各项参数进行了全面的分析。分析表明,采用端部固支多跨U形管系统为依据的计算方法更为准确;跨数在一定情况下对最低固有频率影响较大;一定参数条件下U形管系统可近似地视为直管系统进行计算。据此得出的更为准确的频率常数图和近似计算方法,有助于U形管换热器管束振动的动力分析和安全设计。
Based on the numerical calculation of lowest natural frequency of U-tube by using finite element method, the analysis with various parameters influencing frequency constant was fully performed. It was shown that more accurate result will be obtained with the method of using the model of multiple supported U-tube with fixed end, and there is a support number which has large influence to the lowest natural frequency, and under certain condition, U-tube model can be approximated as a direct tube model. Then, more accurate frequency constant map and approximate calculation method were obtained, which are helpful to the dynamic analysis of the tube bundle vibration and the safety design for U-tube heat exchanger.
