摘要
某厂SAN车间生产的聚合物中含有甲苯、丙烯腈、苯乙烯、乙苯等诸多物质,由于输送的介质温度较高(155℃),加之密封腔压不稳定(0.3~1.7MPa),以往的密封使用效果一直不佳。针对该厂SAN车间聚合物难以密封的现状,在改变机械密封材质及其结构的情况下,又对其辅助系统做了相应改进,即采用液压控制系统,配置各种辅助元件,如蓄能器、换热器、过滤器等部件以实现各种目的。在系统内又配置相应的仪表,如温度计、液位计、流量计、压力表等实现对系统参数的监控。特别的,特制的流道转换座配合各种液压控制阀实现了各流道的压力和流量控制,现场使用效果良好。
There are many substances in the polymer produced in one SAN workshop, such as toluene, acrylonitrile, styrene, ethylbenzene and others. In view of high temperature of fluid combined with instable pressure in sealed chamber, the seal effect was always poor before. With respect to this situation, the material and the structure of the mechanical seal were changed. And at the same times, the auxiliary system was also improved, that is, hydraulic control was applied, in which various auxiliary components were used, such as energy accumulator, heat exchanger, filter and others. Additionally, in the system, some relevant instruments, including thermometer, liquid level meter and pressure meter, were disposed so as to realize the supervision of the system parameters. Especially, the application of channel transposer combined with various hydraulic control components realized the control of pressure and flow in each port.
